Description: 
Enjoy the benefits of Yoga outdoors with great views of the salt marsh. Through story and postures, learn what attracted people and wildlife to the Bay. There will be a short hike to the site from the Visitor Center. Bring a yoga mat. A limited number of mats are available to borrow. Wear comfortable clothing. Consult with your doctor before participating. All ages and abilities welcome. Reservations are required. Rain cancels. Register at http://donedwardsyoga.eventbrite.com or call 510-792-0222 ext. 363.
